vmhba is not registered

Good morning friends!

I am having problems with HBA, it has degraded status.

I checked the settings and showed me the log below.

Could someone help me with this?

It doesn't seem to be an issue with the HBA as the link state is active, however the host cannot see the lun via this hba. Can you try to unpresent the lun from storage to the the host and represent it , then rescan hba.

Sorry I dont have any document. You may involve storage team to do the task as it has to be done from storage side. In case if you do not have a dedicated team , you can refer the documents available from the storage vendor site on that as the steps vary from one storage to another.
