vmdk in i want see in disk details

Hi i want see vmdk in because of CAPACITY: 439.5 GB  and FREE: 24.14 GB  (look at attachment file )

I want to see what is taking up space inside the disk

and other detail if I m looking my wm (Linux centos )

51% (214,808,504 of 420,448,708)

look at attachment files 

 If there are files or folder individuals in the disk, I want to delete them, for example snapshot.

I think my disk static

Are you confusing VMDKs with Datastores ?
Install WinSCP and look at your datastores ...

Are you confusing VMDKs with Datastores ?
Install WinSCP and look at your datastores ...

Hi continuum

thank you so much for help, yes I m talk about Datastore why is the disk 95% full?

virtual machine uses half of capacity so 50%  200gb data what is this where is coming 

I dont know what is this about 200GB of data. I want to know what it is in the Datastore.

yes I m used Mac and I connect with ssh and I see this is details

To see whats in a datastore you use ESXi via ssh.
To see whats in a VMDK you use the Centos or whatever you for that VM.

... sorry - I think we have a communication issue - I dont get it.

yes you are very right, i couldn't explain my problem to you

I'm trying to explain again with screenshots, please look at the attached files

why data store is %95 full I m going to centos my server used 50% disk  details here Centos Server Disk Usage.png

Why does the disk appear full?

You have a datastore with a size of 440 GB.
You have one VMDK created with a size of 410 GB.
VMFS metadata and other small files take up another 5GB.
So with about 25 GB of remaining free space your datastore is filled to 95 %.

Is your VMDK thick or thin provisioned ?
What you see makes complete sense !
You may want to do some research on the topic of reclaiming free space when you used a thin provisioned VMDK.
vmkfstools has a punchzeroes function.

By the way - why do you use LVM for your Linux disks ? - only  makes live harder in a VM with no benefit at all.
