The Vm has one disk file pubns.vmdk in the config, but in the datastore the file was called pubns-flat.vmdk. I tried renaming the file and booting, but got another error saying it wasn't a valid disk file, so I named it back to the -flat.vmdk name. The icon for it doesn't look like the normal vmdk icon as all the others(well other VMs). So is there away to make this flat file a legit disk file? I have attached the last log file. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Dcheck disk descriptor file whether it's referring to correct flat disk (..-flat.vmdk)

which file is the descriptor file?
Disk descriptor is a file also in .vmdk format but without word "flat" in-front of it. :
