vlan creation in vshpere 6.7 and enabling FT and vmotion.

Hi there,

we have created three separate vlans (eg; 1,2,3) in three ESXI 6.7 hosts managed by vcenter 6.7 (each hosts have three port groups with vlan tag 1,2 and 3) and wants to know, is it possible to enable vmotion and FT with one vmkernel port among its own vlans in other hosts.

It's best/practice recommended that you use different NICs for FT and vMotion: Configure Networking for Host Machines (vmware.com)

Preferably 2 NICS for vMotion and one for FT. So this all depends on how many NICs you have.

we have 3 physical hosts and each physical host got 4 physical NICs. 

since we have 3 sperated VLANs in each of the host, Do you mean we need to create 3 separated VMkernel NIC with VLAN IDs required to enable vmotion and FT.
