Hello,
I want to update my hosts. The patch repository has several critical patches with 5 additional patches listed as conflicts. The conflicts are ESX Complete Update 2, VMWare ESX 4.0 Core and CIM componens, vmkernel64 (scripts and tools), vmkernel64 (vmx,hostd and scripts).
My question is how to best patch my hosts. Do I just follow the compliance baseline and remediate the non-conflict patches? What about these big patches listed as conflicts? They seem pretty critical themselves.
Somewhat of a newbie here.
