vSphere Realtek network card

Hi! I want to install vSphere ESXI server. The problem is that I have a motherboard (ASUS P8-Z77V LX) that has a Realtek network card.

I followed this guide to insert the right drivers into the installation media.

So I got passed the screen that can come up that says no network cards found

So I proceeded with the installation but got interrupted with this:

What can I do?

Version I am trying to install: Vmware vSphere 6 Enterprise Plus.

I'd suggest you try the driver vib from https://vibsdepot.v-front.de/wiki/index.php/Net55-r8168
