vSphere Keeps Disconnecting

I was logged into vSphere on my workstation this morning and I got disconnected. Now, every time I log in, it will let me into vSphere for about 20 seconds and then will disconnect. The same thing happens if I launch vSphere from the vCenter server. If I log directly into a host in vSphere, it lets me and and works like normal. What do I need to do to keep it from disconnecting when logging into the vCenter server instead of the hosts? We're on vSphere 5.5. Thanks!

Might point to network congestion - in order to give you some breathing space to properly identify you can increase the timeouts to help troubleshoot further
