vSphere Flash Read Cache - SSD Config

Guys,  we are setting up vSphere Flash Read Cache and have two SSDs in each of our hosts (dedicated for Flash Read Cache).

How should they be configured .. should they be configured as individual disks for set-up in a RAID config?

let those be individual, as when you add them as virtual flash resource, they will be becoming part of VFFS logical container.

for any additional question you might have, please refer following faqs doc.

Not directly related to the question, but sandisk has come up with VAIO based caching ( https://itblog.sandisk.com/sandisk-flashsoft-and-vaio/)
