vSphere 6.5 Syslog

I have setup an environment with 3 x ESXi host running with VSAN.

The ESXi image is loaded into usb thumb drive.

That is a persistent logs message showing needs to save into a permanent drive.

Question, how can I get this done? any recommendation?

1. write the logs into vCenter? any KB or Steps to achieve this?
