vSphere 5.5 vCenter Appliance - Using vSphere Client

vSphere 5.5 vCenter Appliance - Using vSphere Client

When using the vCenter Appliance, I am able to manage via the web gui, but unable to connect via the vSphere client???

Why does the vsphere client not work?

Which version of the appliance is this?

Is this with domain users or the SSO local users?

What is the error you get on logging in?

Make sure all required services like SSO, WebClient are started
