vSphere 4 and vSphere5

i have a current existing vSphere4 with vCentre environment.

what are needed if i have 5new servers that is coming in with vSphere5 instead?

All you need is to have Vcenter upgraded to atleast version 5 if they are 5.0 esx hosts coming in. If they are esxi5.1 hosts then you will need to upgrade to vcenter 5.1 . Vcenter 4 will not be able to connect to esxi5.0 or 5.1 esx hosts. However, Vcenter 5.0 and 5.1 will both be able to connect to host as old as esx3.5 and newer.
