vSphere 4 and Round Robin multi-pathing for Hitachi Universal Storage Platform® Family

Hi Friends,

What's the suggest value for the IOPS when using the Round Robin policy for the USP  (Hitachi Universal Storage Platform® Family )  Storage?

esxcli  nmp roundrobin setconfig --type iops --iops 1 --device $dev;

and what the default value for the ESXi Server 4?

The default value is 1000.

You'd likely need to ask Hitachi for their recommendation on IOPS as they are array independent.

HP do see benefit with IOPS=1 but I haven't seen many other vendors recommend changing it.
