At last, When I reboot the ESXI host of PSOD, another host shows the same problem. And Now, the previous ESXI host is correct, so I don't know what happened.

Your ESXi build is too old. You should apply patch for fixing known problems.

Every ESXi patch includes fixing vSAN and other issues.
