vRealiza Operations Manager Unable to upgrade

Hi,

I have vRealize Operation Manager 6.0. I am trying to upgrade from 6.0 to 6.1.
While installation time it shows long time " 5 of 9 Preparing Pre-script" 

As of now i didn't get existing URL also, Please give me the suggestion to resolve this issue.

Hi,

Finally i got the solution for this issues, "/Storage/Log" partition used 100% on vROPS due to that unable to continue the upgradation.

After cleared old log's on that partition, it will upgraded successfully.
