vPshere Client - Update Manager - missing button ?

hello,

today i want to update / upgrade our virtual machines.

I am missing the "stage" button for our VMs..  ???

I only see the Remediate button...

For Hosts - both are there.

Any idea why i didnt see the button on all VMs ??

vSphere Client 4.1.0

VMware vCenter Server 4.1.0  Build 491557

ESX 4.1.0   721871

normally we saw a button stage to deploy patches on the server..

this button is now only shown in the host update section..
