vMotion between standard switch and distributed switch?

Scenario:

1 - 2 node ESXi 5.0 Cluster using vDS portgroups

1 - standalone ESXi 5.0 host with standard switch portgroups

shared storage between all 3 hosts

Question: Am I able to vmotion a VM from the standalone host to the cluster? If so, what needs to be configured to make this work?

note: Google did not help me figure this out.

To make this with VM online, you will need to create standard port group on the ESXi of cluster, put at least one physical NIC on this standard virtual switch, make the vMotion from standalone host to host inside the cluster, and then you can migrate the virtual network card of VM from standard switch to vDS online too.
