Hi Prakash,
I assume you have given the IP address for your Hyperic server and database and finished the OVF deployment. And while powering it on you are getting the error you have mentioned.

You are getting this error because when the Hyperic server powers on it looks for IP Pool association and fails to power on if it doesn't find any.
Hi
Welcome to the communities.
I think its server IP from where it will pick.
If you think IP point of view you cannot assign same IP to multiple guest so it must be server IP.

Now create an IP pool for hyperic using the link I provided and then t power on the server. And check your inbox.
If you have two ip's 10.x.x.1 and 10.x.x.2 then your subnet will be 10.x.x.0/24 and up range will be 10.x.x.1#2
I've resloved.
Right-click the vFabric Hyperic vApp,select "Edit Settings",at "options" tab,select "Advanced",click "properties".
select "vami.netmask0.vFabric_Hyperic_Server",click "Edit",click "Edit",select "static properties",select "External IP Address" in the drop-down list box for the type,Click "OK",then enter the values in the "default value" textbox, such as "255.255.255.0",modify the fallowing key's properties with the same way:
vami.DNS0.vFabric_Hyperic_Server
vami.DNS0.vFabric_vPostgres_DB
vami.gateway0.vFabric_Hyperic_Server
vami.gateway0.vFabric_Hyperic_DB
Maybe there have another easy mothod,if you got it ,sharing......
Sorry,I'm incorrect, the correct way is to create a ip pool in the data center, then related to the VM Network
This did the trick for me. I entered the DNS, Subnet Mask and Gateway and the vApp powered on just fine
