vConverter 5 - Won't complete conversion to ESXi 5 host

Hey Ya'll,

I've been trying to converter a server to a brand new ESXi 5 box but have nothing but failures. I've tried multiple times and every time it fails for a new reason. After I've fixed what ever the issue was, a new issue would cause it to fail. I am finally at the point where I have no idea what is going on. The converter starts to run but then get's stuck at 1%. I've been using the latest version of vConverter5 with SSL set to false (in hopes of making the conversion run faster).

Here is my setup:

Source machine
Windows Server 2003 32bit in RAID5
C Drive - 75GB
D Drive - 900GB (but shrinking to 100GB)
Local IP: 192.168.2.27

ESXi Host
Dell PowerEdge R415 in RAID1
500GB Datastore
Local IP: 192.168.2.10

Both machines are hooked up to the same switch which is a HP Procurve. Both ports on the switch are set to 100MB Full duplex. Also, when I run the converter, I reboot the server with just the basic services running (no anti-virus, IIS or software running). I've also completed a check disk on the source server before hand.

I've also attached my log files from my last failed conversion. I let it run for 4 hours before canceling the job myself.

Any thoughts?
