vCenter Server 6.0 Update 3 | 2017-02-24 | 5112506 | 5112527 |
ESXi 6.0 Patch 6 | ESXi600-201711001 | 2017-11-09 | 6921384 |
The above configuration
Can I configure esxi on vcenter?
Or do I have to patch the center?
Greetings,
the build numbers you mention indicate that
According to the information provided in the VMware Product Interoperability Matrices those versions are compatible and you should not expect any issues.

Not exactly sure what you mean, but you should patch vCenter before the hosts
The current vcenter version 6.0 u3 5112527
ESXi installed this time 6.0 u3 6921384
Can I manage this ESXi from vCenter?
vCenter should always have a never version as the hosts.
It may work otherway round, but is not supported i think.
Possibly, it might have issues, it might not. It certainly wont be a supported method though.
Your vCenter would be behind by some distance in terms of updates. That VC version was released in Feb 2017, with ESXi released in November. You really need to update the vCenter to be at least on par with the hosts, if not newer. As i say, it might be fine, it might throw a few issues.
There may be a problem, but it is possible.
Is that right?

It might be a problem, it might have some issues, it might not. Is there a reason you wont update it?
I borrow vCenter of another person, not my vCenter
I can not update myself at will.
Borrow? Or do you mean support?
Can they not update it, or you suggest they update it. The further behind it gets to the hosts, the more likely you will encounter issues with hosts connecting to it.
Not my vCenter.. It is vCenter of another people
Suggestions are not accepted...
If you do not have a problem right away
I have to use it.
Interesting way of thinking then
haha ..
i have not purchased vCenter.
There is no way.
Host connections are possible.
Is that right?
I think thats been answered numerous times, whether it will work issue free is another story
