vCenter Server is unable to find a master vSphere HA agent

Hello All,

I have a problem with vcenter 5.5. My cluster is showing the following issue: „vCenter Server is unable to find a master vSphere HA agent in cluster HA DRS in name DC”. On the three hosts there is an issue ‘not responding’, also I can’t login to this hosts via vSphere client 5.5. On the other two hosts there is “Quick stats on hostname is not up-to-date” but I can manage them in cluster.

The problem started when I ran too many backup(vDP) tasks. After the HA cluster stopped working I stopped the vDP machine and restarted the vcenter but it didn’t help. Please help in solving the problem.

Any help appreciated!

Try having a look here

"http://kb.vmware.com/selfservice/microsites/search.do?cmd=displayKC&docType=kc&externalId=2011192&sl... 0 228642883"

that's KB: 2011192 on VMWare site.
