I know here this topic has been more than discussed....
I think I read not sure in one of the Vmware Design Books something related to this topic but I can not find it
or is there a PDF or something providing some recommendations regarding this ? I know it depends on the Software your VMs uses but I would like to have some reference from Vmware or trusful resosource....not my recommendation or feeling as my boss said to me.... yuo know my feeling says CPU is not used at all.... let's us 4-6 vCPUs per Core for old CPUs and 7 - 12 for new CPUs
