When you install ESXi onto a single disk (or array) the installer will use the space it requires for the system partitions and then create a datastore with the remaining storage.  The system partitions use about 5 GB.

Excuse me

I did not get it

you mean if i create a RAID 0 with that single hdd and install esxi on that, After installation i can see that hdd as a local datastore (just 5 GB is gone) and use it to store my VMs ?

Yes you can use the local datastore to house your VMs
