I urgently need attach usb network adapter to vmware 5.5 host. Vmware does not recognize this hardware. Hardware ID for this device (in windows 7) is
USB\VID_0FE6&PID_9700&REV_0101
Can I do this somehow?

you do not have the drivers for USB_NIC. check on the NIC vendor site if you have the drivers available for ESXi and we could try to load it manually.

After manually drivers adding I'll need re-install VMware or can only add new driver into current installed? Reinstallation is impossible.
Re-install of ESXi is not needed. But a reboot may be required for the driver modules to be loaded once installed.
