i have updated my v center server 5.0 to 5.1 as well as update manager

i have installed but in console  updates manager tab is not showing ...no errors  found  while installing ..i have stop and start the services but no use.....

Hi,

did you install the Update Manager Plugin in the vSphere Client?

Plug-Ins -> manage plug-ins

I'm assuming you also update vSphere client to work with the new vCenter version . In this case, you also need to update the Update manager Plugins.

Connect with vSphere client to your vCenter . Go to Plugins - > Manage Plug-ins . You should have under Available Plug-ins "VMware vSphere Update Manager Extension" and a Download button .

Give it a try and let me know the results.
