we have esxi 5.5u2 now we want to upgrade 5.5 u2 to esxi 6.0 . but i cant find best way for upgrade. we must upgarde with update manager or fresh install . what is true way and what is different ?

Update Manager will be always the best and easy way to upgrade your host to latest version. First, to upgrade to ESXi 6, you will need your vCenter Server and Update Manager at version 6.0 too.

Sometimes, a fresh install is recommended, like for example if your ESXi 5.5 host was already upgrade from a old version, BUT, depending of your environment size and complexity, that will require a lot of administrative effort, so the upgrade my will be the better option.
