unable to retrieve health data from http //localhost/sps/health.xml vcsa

Hi,

I have a problem in the vSphere Web Client, no virtual machines that I create or update datastore changes in me and I appear the following errors appear in the health service ......... you can help me solve the problem, the vcenter is a 5.5 vcsa.
