troubles with disk sizes [Urgent]

Hello

Since last Friday, some of my virtual machines got changes in disk size : The disk size became 0

VMs are still functionnal, but I can do no save nor snapshots . When I try to modify parameters with vm

halted, it says it can't find the disk, and the only thing I founded is log was a message for disk consolidation

any help will be welcome

please list the content of the vm directory and share the output.

How many VMs are affected..? if there is any non critical machine facing the issues. can you shut it down and try to power on.
