terminated client continue to show as idle session in the vsphere client

We have a setup using vSphere Client(v 4.0.0, build 162856), vCenter Server(v 4.0.0, build 162856) and Esxi v4.0.0 build 171294. We we have been seeing that from time to time normally terminated clients/sessions are reported as idle sessions in the vsphere client. Is this bad. How do we correct it?

I don't know that it is bad more than an annoyance. You can restart your vCenter Server service and it should clear. But not sure best way to keep them from showing back up.

well, as long as it does not chew up resources then I guess it is ok. We are able to select these idle sessions and terminate them, so it least there is a way out if requires. It is not too bad now; however, if our work group grows; then it may be a pain in the backside to do these type of cleanup manually.
