Hi Team,

could please explain what it does mean device name ending with like :1 or :3

The format is like this

naa.<NAA>:partition

for ex In your case device name ends with refer to partition 1 of the Lun & 3 refers to partition 3 of the lun.

If no number is present entire device is considered instead of a single partition
