some vm machine could not connect to the internet

hello,hope all of u doing well. there is some problem in vm ware environment, currently there 6 vm is running my es xi 5.5 environment ,all are working fine problem is that 3 vm instead of 6 not able to connect to the internet .before that all 6 vm are connecting to the internet.

i m tried my all troubleshooting steps to find the bug for this three vm but failed to get any details

From virtual machine that are not able to connect to the internet, what happens if you try ping a public IP like "ping 8.8.8.8" ?

Any chance you attach a ipconfig (Windows) or ifconfig (Linux) output from a VM that is working and from a VM that is not working ?

Your vSphere ESXi vSwitch has multiple vmnics or just a single vmnic (physical NIC) ? From the virtual machine that you're not able to reach the internet you can at least ping the default gateway: ping 192.168.6.1 ?

hi Richardson thanks for your reply , in that esxi there is two vmnics ,one is active and other one is down . i am able to ping from vm machine to gateway(192.168.6.1)

Since you're able to ping the gateway, the ESXi network seems that don't have problem and let me think that there is a problem with the guest itself. Please share the output from the following commands:

route print

tracert -d 8.8.8.8

Now its working..strange i have rebooted the es xi server after that it start working .
