Welcome to the Community,

vSphere usually doesn't automatically shut down VMs. How did you determine how the VM's were shut down?

VMs being unprotected by HA can have several reasons, e.g.:

  • an issue with HA itself. This can usually be fixed by selecting all ESXi hosts, and running Reconfigure for HA
  • one or more VMs are configured with memory, or CPU reservations, which - depending on the settings - causes Admission Control to run out of available slots
  • the powered on VMs require more resources than HA can guarantee in case of a hardware failure

  • i determine that VM's shutdown by seeing it powered of
  • Also i trying to remove HA then reconfigure it but it not fix that problem
  • now i remove HA and wait for result

Thanks Andre
