Delete All will merge all data form the snapshots to the base disk, so if you want to get rid of all snapshot's taht's basically the option you want to use.
In case the VM's virtual disk has been Thin Provisioned, note that the .vmdk file may grow. So please ensure that there's sufficient free disk space on the datastore!
