server crashed to debug screen

Hi, I recently installed ESXi 5.1 to a Apple Mini Server. In VM Client status shows everything normal. however, every few days, the system crashed and run into debug screen. I have two questions:

1. I prefer the server reboot automatically without stay on the debug screen and waiting for me to type "reboot" because most of the time, it crashed over night and I won't be able to reboot it until morning. Is it possible to make it reboot automatically?

2. Could anyone give me some direction on how to troubleshoot this, please?

take a screen shot of your psod, that would help diagnose.
