security concerns over vcsa/SSO

My security team is able to bind with the SSO's LDAP over port 11711.

So is there any way i can stop it.

I am using vcsa 5.5 u3.

bind means, are they able to connect with SSO LDAP over 11711 with anonymous login?

SSO LDAP don't allow to connect without username/password.

I just tried with 5.5 u2e.
