same vm mac on two different physical switches

Is it creates any issue if the same VM mac on two different physical switches?

You can do that for virtual machines running on standalone hosts but if you manage these hosts using a single vCenter then the virtual machines should have unique mac address.

that can happen if your host's port group has NIcs connecting to different switches - so when the VM's traffic flows through a switch its mac is learned against the VM's VLAN  - I do not think this is going to be an issue - are you observing any issues?

I may have misunderstood your question earlier -- if the switches are completed isolated then it might be possible - otherwise vma -> switcha : vmb:switchb  - now vma wants to communicate with a vmc running on switchb at layer2 - then it is possible that the reply from vmc intented to go to vma could go to vmb...
