remove a virtual disk of VM from broken storage

I have a virtual disk of a virtual machine on an iSCSI storage broken,

now i can't remove the disk from the virtual machine.

ESX 4.1 does not see iSCSI storage because now broken.

Remove the VM from the inventory, and edit the VMX file manually removing the reference to the this disk. After that, add the VM back again to inventory.

just remove every scsi0:2 entries.
