remote console problem

hello,

I am having some sort of wired problem at my home lab. mouse does not work on remote console. Its invisible and even it seems not there because pointer cant click anything.   (even no pointer)

VM's OS : windows 2008 R2, windows 2012.

ESXi : 5.5 u2  - HP proliant DL  G6

keyboard works so I install vmware tools which did not make any difference.

I tried with more video memory and with bigger display but no benefit.

In bios usb is enable.

I tried many online post but nothing working.

any help ?

Hi Ray,

Which client are you using? The C# client or the web client? I've seen similar issues when consoling VM's through the web client when the Client Integration Plug-in isn't installed or is disabled.

No need to go out of VMware website. You have resolution below. Browse below website and fix your problem.

This link i have tried but no difference.

mouse just vanish inside the remote console.

I will try via web console today.
