random (not always): Snapshot failed: Failed to quiesce the virtual machine.

Hi,

I have problems with particular VM. When creating snapshots (manually or with Data Recovery Appliance) it sometimes happens, that creating of snapshot fails with:

2012-03-04T08:20:37.008Z| vmx| Vix: [413693 vigorCommands.c:511]: VigorSnapshotManager_Take: takeOptions=8, clientFlags=0, displayName=_datarecovery_

If I try a couple of minutes later it might succeed (or might not and another try is necessary). If I reboot the VM, the first try of snapshot is always successful. I already tried to reinstall VMware tools, I have the latest&updated ESXi 5. The VM is an 64-bit Centos5 web server, low utilized. I have many other servers, but I'm seeing this error only on this VM.

Any suggestions?
