Good afternoon, I installed ESXi on a server, a USB pen, but it does not recognize the disks, the controller uses 8-Port SAS RAID ASUS P / PIKE 1068E-1U Barebone, can someone help?
Is the RAID controller on ESXi Hardware Compatibility List? If not, you propably need to get a driver from the hardware manufacturer.
I can not see it, and if not how to install the compatible drivers?

Does the manufacturer have an ESXi driver (most dont!).
The server is an asus RS700-E6/ERS4 a SAS controller with 8 Port SAS RAID ASUS P / Barebone 1U-1068EPIKE
