"Relocating modules and starting up the Kernel" forever

Hi,
I own a server with Intel Xeon W3550 Processor, 6 GB RAM, WD Velociraptor 150 GB Hard drive, X8SAX Motherboard and ATI Radeon HD 5870.
I've burnt ESXi 5.0.0 Update 1 ISO image and I've rebooted my system.
When I arrive to "Relocating modules and starting up the Kernel", the system continuosly reboots.
Previously I used VMware ESXi 4 successfully.

Can someone tell me what I have to do in order to use VMware ESXi 5?

Thank you

I had already read that thread, I do not understand how to change the amount of video memory.
Is there any parameter to be used at boot time?
I own a dedicated graphic card (ATI/AMD Radeon HD 5870, as I said before) not an integrated one.
Thank you

Ops I have not noticed that you use the dedicated graphic card. Then you can not change the amount of video memory. Smiley Sad

Try to disable in BIOS audio / serial / parallel / etc

Check new bios from SM

Reset bios to default settings

Is it possible to have a log file to inspect?

If I had a log file, I could probably understand what is the problem.
Thank you

Is the video memory the problem even if I have a dedicated video card with 1 GB RAM?

Can I exclude graphic card? If yes, I will investigate.

I think error "Relocating modules .." happens when Installer cannot switch graphics mode, but reasons there may be many 😞 If you have another graphics card you can try it or to use the above suggestions  (BIOS settings etc)

Try adding IgnoreHeadless=True to the boot options (Shift +O)
