Make sure all of your drivers & firmware are up to date. a purple screen is an indication of a hardware issue. The one time I had gotten a purple screen it was firmware and drive issue.

Hi,

What's the disk/LUN set up?  (Looks like FC, but some details would help.)

Hi,

Is it a HP hardware ? If so, it is driver issue.
