Hmmm,,, from a first stab, I can figure out that a NMI interrupt has been sent by some device causing all pCPUs to spindle. This NMI interrupt can be caused by any hardware changes while the machine is running, or any card going offline due to hardware failure. but wat baffles me is the PCPU0 state:"ISISISISISIS".. Looks it is caught into unending loop.
