permission to remove but not delete disk

Hello.

Is there a permission that would allow a user to remove a virtual disk from VM's configuration, but wouldn't allow him to delete the disk?

In the permissions list, the only option I've found is "Remove disk". The description says: Detach and optionally remove a virtual disk. Looks like this combines both options, which is undesirable.
