Did you enable Lockdown Mode (VMware KB1008077) by any chance?

Which credentials were you using to login to the ESX hosts - before they were added to vCenter? root?

Which credentials are you using to login to the ESX hosts - after they were added to vCenter? root?

Have you joined the ESXi hosts to the domain as well ?

before and after install vCenter i use a root for join and not added any user to this host

I have ping the IP and NETBIOS name vCenter and ESXi host in vcenter and ESXi Servers

maybe Domain Policy not permit to login?

in the vCenter Server i can manage this host and I can connect to ESXi console with this user and password
