p2v conversion authentication

while coverting(p2v)  using Vcenter  converter standard alone at the time of destination selection , if i dont have the username and password of the destination host is there any other way to select destination or any other destinations for p2v conversion

Welcome to the Community - No you need access to the destination host - the credentials used will need the approriate level access to create the VM

You cannot convert to an vCenter or an ESXi unless you have appropriate credentials, but you could select "VMware Workstation ..:" as the destination and convert the system to e.g. a file share. However, in this case you'd need to convert the resulting VMware Workstation VM a second time, if you want to run it in vCenterServer/ESXi.

   Thanks for ur reply it was usefull .And if i select destination as a workstation can we perform p2v ,what are the requirements...
