one VM disk share with b/w two RHEL 5.6 Boxes

We have one query

I have added one vm disk in two RHEL vmware machine and disk is on new scsi controller with virtual shared mode.

same disk is showing on RHEL machine. But when i ceate one file on one RHEL machine but that file is not reflecting on other RHEL machine.

Please suggest.
