VMware Hypervisor 6 as far as we can see does not work with XEON E3-1245v2 CPU's. So we installed 5.0 (from a template on the server). However, the free key for 6.0 does not work on 5.0. We watched the video on how to downgrade but...we can't find where we should do this in the account. See the added screen pic. Is there any way to get this to function? We're keen on starting to use VMWare but not if after 60 days we have no more control over the VM's of course. Thank you for any help.
