since i have add a new vitual machine in my first datastore
the datastore have not more space for make snapshot
is possible set esxi for use other datastore for snapshot ?
i have a nas used for copy configured in nfs
so i have other datastore in this location /nfs/nasdatastore
can i use this datastore as store for snapshot ?
thank for reply
can i set the path also in nfs format ?
for example i have as second datastore in a nas
in format /nfs/datastorenas/snapshot ( where snapshot is the folder created as snapshot space destination)
can i set workingDir parameter with this path ?

1) do nas mount using esxcfg-nas
2) workingDir=/vmfs/volumes/<nfs location>
3) When you create snapshot, vmsd and vmsn should create in your specified location.
Try with one vm first!
Whatever you try do do, keep in mind that snapshot disks in VMware products are used as chains! Depending on the storage the performance may be degraded and I am not sure whether it is supported to have different parts of a virtual disk (base vmdk, snapshot vmdk) on different storage types.
Please take a look at the diagram under "The Disk Chain" in http://kb.vmware.com/kb/1015180
This explains how snapshots work. As you can see each of the snapshot files is in use by the VM and placing a snapshot file on another datastore type may (not necessarily) cause issue.
