I'm facing problem when i want to install mikrotik router OS on IBM system x3400.

It shows no hard disk drives found.

It's RAID 5 configured.

would u pls tell me how can I solve the problem.

I already installed vmware esxi4 but I can't install mikrotik on this.

When I'm going to install mikrotik message show : no harddrives found.

On this - do you mean in virtual machine? Have you tried different controllers for hard disk - LSI Parallel, BusLogic, IDE?

It absolutely doesn't matter what raid is configured. VM will see only its vmdk file.

Add IDE virtual hard disk.
