I have to move a folder, which contains several ISO (tens of GigaByte) and not VM, from datastore to another one, what tools can I use ?

Are both datastores connected to the same ESXi host?
If so copy folder\files using 'cp' command in ESXi.
I have n. 6 ESXi 5.5 hosts in cluster (vCenter 6.0 Hypervisor) so all datastores are accessible to all hosts
